Securing Wyoming’s energy production is the cornerstone to our future and prosperity. We are blessed with an abundance of traditional energy resources centered around gas, oil, and coal that can sustain America’s energy demands well into the future. However, the war on coal, oil, and gas perpetuated by the Obama and Biden administrations, has significantly reduced our energy output and raised consumer and retail rates all under the guise of reducing “harmful” CO 2 emissions and expediting the transition to “green” energy.

Our state government, led by our governor, has wasted tax dollars to incentivize the rapid introduction and growth of taxpayer funded “green” energy projects all over the state ruining our vistas and natural landscapes. This has also added $5 Trillion to our national debt placing us on the verge of recession and default. Globalist billionaire oligarchs have purchased our coal fields, pipelines, power plants, transmission capabilities, and out of state ports with the purpose of monopolizing energy output and controlling public consumption and our state economy. We must restore normalcy to our natural energy production to Wyoming.
We must regain primus over our energy production and output and focus on traditional energy technological advancements. But first, we must change the narrative and stop the untruthful indoctrination of our youth. The truth is that CO 2 comprises only 0.04% of our atmosphere and has not been proven to contribute to “global warming” and/or “climate change” in any way. All plant life requires CO 2 to live and grow and a reduction below 0.022% will cause plant life to die; the more CO 2 we have, the more our vegetation and food supply will flourish. Therefore, we should immediately stop the governmental and globalist initiatives of carbon capture and encourage the exploration, research, development, and expansion of traditional energy. Cost effective modifications to our existing power plants will lead to far greater energy output while balancing good environmental stewardship. Renegotiating a higher percentage of our Federal mineral royalties will significantly boost our state revenue and overshadow cuts to the state fuel taxes. A thorough gap analysis will determine shortfalls in our energy sector, open the doors to market-driven emerging technology, and allow us to strengthen our intrastate power grid to ensure that our lights always stay on regardless of external influences or impacts from the national power grid. Energy production has, is, and will remain the cornerstone of our economy. But, we have to have the will to preserve Wyoming’s storied past and present, and secure our bright future.
